I've been thinking about how I want this post to be like for weeks but I can't. So I'll just start: bye bye Europe.
I prefer the bush to city anytime.
This is a quote one of my colleagues said to me on my first day at work. As I've always been more of a city than a country girl – so this quote is something I can understand for a few days a year but never completely. I have always loved travelling and always will but I need a good mix of city and country – one day thousands of people squeezing into one train, the other day kilometers of land all to myself.
If you follow me on Instagram or Snapchat (@mythingsinlife) you could see that I’ve been to Australia for 4 weeks now and I must say: I absolutely love it. That might of course be because we have summer here and I get to lie on the beach while my friends in Europe are freezing. In a perfect world all my friends could be here and do the same travels that I get to do now. Until then, I’ll keep travelling on my own which is surprisingly amazing.
So far I got to go to Sydney, Canberra and Melbourne (just to name the big cities) and I can assure you there is so much more to come, stay tuned. I will start a new post about every region I go to with tips and everything that comes to my mind. I hope you’ll enjoy it. xx
